JOB SUMMARY: The Program Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall management and execution of the AFCAP VI basic contract, serving as Acuity International's designated key person and primary interface with the AFCAP Contracting Officer (CO) and the Government AFCAP Program Management Team. Develop, maintain, and update the AFCAP Management Plan (CDRL A001), including the Staffing Plan, Quick Response Plan, Quality Control Plan, Procurement Plan, Subcontract Management Plan, Safety Plan, Security Plan, Property Control Plan, Contingency Plan for Essential Contract Services, and Combating Trafficking in Persons (CTIP) Plan.
