Key measures will include qualified active creator relationships, creator retention/repeat activation, content quality and usable asset yield, creator-attributed brand discovery, new customers and revenue, affiliate/TikTok Shop performance, paid creator economics, and the performance of creator content across Ursa Major’s own organic and paid channels relative to our total investment. This person will own our creator ecosystem holistically — connecting work that currently spans organic relationships and seeding, affiliate, TikTok Shop, paid creator partnerships, UGC/content creation, events and creator content used across our own organic and paid channels.
