This role is critical in identifying new opportunities, nurturing prospective customers, and supporting long-term account growth within the veterinary healthcare market. The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-focused, and experienced in managing high-volume outreach while maintaining strong CRM discipline and communication. This is a fast-paced, growth-oriented role ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and has a passion for advancing innovative veterinary medical technologies. This individual should also have the willingness and ability to travel. Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Develop and manage outbound prospecting efforts targeting veterinary emergency hospitals, specialty hospitals, teaching institutions, and referral networks</li><li>Qualify inbound and outbound leads and advance opportunities through the sales pipeline</li><li>Coordinate closely with Regional Account Managers to support territory growth initiatives and strategic account development</li><li>Conduct introductory sales calls, virtual product presentations, follow-up communications, and pipeline nurturing activities</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed customer activity within HubSpot CRM</li><li>Assist in developing targeted campaigns for new customer acquisition and account expansion</li><li>Schedule product demonstrations, evaluations, trainings, and customer meetings</li><li>Support conference follow-up activities and post-event lead development</li><li>Identify customer needs and communicate appropriate solutions utilizing the ReVive® HP System, ToxiClear, and CytoClear technologies</li><li>Generate quotations, assist with capital equipment proposals, and support financing or trial program coordination</li><li>Work collaboratively with Clinical, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful onboarding</li><li>Maintain strong understanding of competitive technologies, market trends, and emerging opportunities within veterinary extracorporeal therapies and blood purification</li><li>Participate in regular pipeline review meetings, forecasting discussions, and strategic planning initiatives</li></ul>Qualifications <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent sales or veterinary industry experience considered</li><li>2–5+ years of inside sales, medical sales, veterinary sales, or business development experience preferred</li><li>Experience within veterinary emergency, specialty, critical care, medical device, or healthcare environments highly desirable</li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li><li>Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams</li><li>Experience utilizing CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent</li><li>Comfortable conducting virtual presentations and customer engagement activities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly growing organization</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication platforms</li></ul>Why Join Us?
