Own the portal’s Azure footprint – hosting, content delivery, networking, identity integration with SAS Profile and Okta, secrets and certificate management, patching, monitoring, disaster recovery, and cloud spend – and be accountable for site availability, performance, and accessibility. Manage the dependency on the internal content and API reference publishing team, including shared interface definitions, release coordination, and escalation paths, and collaborate with other technical managers to ensure quality and consistency across components and products.
