Support organizational and industry leadership efforts by participating in governance activities, developing training and project materials, contributing to department-wide initiatives, and representing the organization at professional forums, conferences, and user groups when appropriate. Lead implementation and transition activities for new builds, upgrades, and projects, including coordination of testing, change control processes, end-user communication, and post-deployment support.
