Knowledge of additional legal areas such as estate planning, environmental law, UCC law, landlord-tenant law, family law, securities law, tribal regulations, patent law, workers' compensation law, personal injury law, immigration law, land use regulations or general & commercial litigation is considered a plus. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support in handling lemon law cases, ensuring efficient case management, thorough legal research, and effective client communication.
