Maintain and continuously enhance contracting processes, including developing, updating and refining templates, playbooks, fallback positions, and negotiation guidelines, and supporting the development of clear, scalable processes to promote consistent, compliant contracting practices across the organization. The Senior Legal Counsel – Contracts will serve as a trusted legal advisor to commercial, procurement, and operational teams, with primary responsibility for drafting, negotiating, and advising on a wide range of complex commercial agreements.
