Experience advising on statutes, regulations, and guidance documents applicable to market access activities, including Medicaid, 340B program, Veterans Administration, federal and state anti-kickback statutes, state drug pricing transparency laws, OIG guidance documents and advisory opinions, the False Claims Act, and the PhRMA Code . This position will report to the Assistant General Counsel and will be responsible for providing legal support to business partners in various departments across the organization, such as Market Access which includes Payer Strategy, Trade & Distribution and Government Pricing, Government Affairs & Public Policy, and pipeline.

Corporate and Regulatory: All matters related to the corporate governance and regulatory compliance of both MassDOT and the MBTA, including policies related to advertising and signage; internal and outside audits, investigations and reports; fares and tolls including fare and toll changes and driver and rider data privacy; finance, including bond issuance, reporting and disclosures; the evaluation and drafting of state legislation and regulation; public records and records retention issues; compliance with state and federal statutes and regulations applicable to MassDOT and/or the MBTA.
