As an Analytics Consultant at Mosaic, you will provide a range of creative and specialized services in and around Workforce Management (WFM) solutions and are recognized by our clients as a global leader in the market.What you’ll do:<ul><li>Providing specialist professional Workforce Management (WFM) and UKG functional consulting services to clients across the retail, manufacturing, S&D, government and healthcare industries.</li><li>Key responsibilities for this role will revolve around leading and supporting our valued clients’ UKG WFM projects. You will work with a broad range of organizational stakeholders to deliver workforce management initiatives.</li><li>Designing, configuring, implementing, and supporting high quality Pro WFM Analytics, Data Hub, Healthcare Productivity, Dataviews and Reporting (BIRT, Power BI, etc.) solutions.</li><li>Evaluating customers’ business needs thus contributing to the overall strategic planning and optimizing of WFM processes and technology.</li><li>Being accountable for defined WFM assignments.</li><li>Working with clients and vendors during positioning, design, configuration, and testing of Pro WFM Analytics solutions.</li><li>Providing ongoing functional support and advice to Mosaic’s client base.</li><li>Identification of incremental process improvement.</li><li>Such other duties that may, from time to time, be assigned </li></ul>What makes you successful: Need to haves:<ul><li>At least 4 years’ career experience as a UKG Analytics consultant</li><li>Direct project experience with UKG Pro WFM Analytics, Data Hub, and Healthcare Productivity</li><li>Experience with Reporting solutions utilizing Data Hub such as Power BI, Tableau, etc. is preferred</li><li>Demonstrated experience delivering successful UKG WFM projects</li><li>Previous experiences to identify, manage and “solution” through project obstacles</li><li>Ability to facilitate complex solution design within the WFM solution space</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li><li>Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of information technology concepts and processes</li><li>Flexible ability to work within a team or independently</li><li>Keeping abreast of industry processes and keeping UKG skills up to date</li><li>A drive for high quality successful delivery along with continuous process improvement </li></ul>Nice to haves:<ul><li>A completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited University</li><li>Experience working with UKG Pro WFM </li></ul>How you’ll be measured:<ul><li>Maintaining target utilization rate</li><li>Completion of projects on time and on budget that meet the project’s requirements</li><li>Ability to identify, track, and report to stakeholders on risks and project health</li><li>Demonstrating excellent consulting skills, including relationship building, communication and responsiveness, land & expand awareness, focusing on quality of deliverables, setting and managing expectations, and providing sound recommendations to clients</li><li>Managing day-to-day operational activities, including timekeeping and maintaining your book of business</li></ul> What we offer you:<ul><li>An opportunity to autonomously own your projects and be the driving force through the implementation</li><li>The ability to share your Analytics expertise to build Mosaic’s project management processes and standards</li><li>A competitive salary of $90,000 - $150,000 with bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits and PTO package</li></ul>
