This role is the backbone of the mitigation operation—coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate documentation, supporting financial and reporting processes, and ensuring clear, timely communication between internal teams, clients, vendors, and insurance partners. Track mitigation and rebuild project schedules, appointments, inspections, material deliveries, subcontractor workflows, and overall project workflows from beginning to end.
