Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Designing and implementing HR talent strategy, including talent attraction and retention; Partnering with employees, leaders, or HR teams on employee relations matters including performance management and potential disciplinary actions; Conducting market research for salary data, comparing with historical compensation, and proposing salary budget and compensation structure; HR data management, data analytics, and data visualization to keep track of system data inventory; Accessing, recommending, and implementing solutions to talent and organizational development needs, including employee learning and career needs; and Utilizing off-the-shelf HR Information systems and analytics tools to leverage reporting data insight capabilities. Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business, Management, Psychology, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.
