Measurements / Performance Indicators (position) Close audit findings and gaps on time Complete reporting, permit deliverables, and records accurately and on time Improve ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 maturity and audit readiness Deliver effective environmental and management system training Reduce repeat findings, non-compliance, and overdue actions Qualifications / Experience Bachelor's degree in environmental science, Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience in environmental compliance or a related SH&E function in a manufacturing environment Working knowledge of applicable EPA, OSHA, and DOT regulations Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems Experience in manufacturing operations and operational processes Professional certification in environmental, safety, or industrial hygiene disciplines is preferred Salary: $70,734 to $102,588 per year Bonus Eligibility: 7% The pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Key Responsibilities Safety, Health and Environmental Governance & Compliance Leadership Serve as a corporate contact and technical resource for safety, health and environmental compliance Guide sites on SHE related policies, procedures, and compliance including: Regulatory reporting, permits, and compliance obligations Monitoring, inspections, records, and routine follow-up Audit readiness, system conformance, and compliance assurance Advise sites during inspections and audits, including gap closure.
