The Energy Contract Specialist will help manage the contracting framework for utility service agreements, power purchase agreements, interconnection agreements, transmission products, on-site generation arrangements, gas supply and infrastructure agreements, gas scheduling and nomination requirements, and other energy-adjacent commercial instruments required to support mission-critical data center operations. This role partners with Energy Strategy, Legal, Finance, Procurement, Development, Engineering, Construction, Operations, utilities, market participants, and external advisors to structure, review, track, and support energy-related contracts from early strategy through execution and operational handoff.
