Performs daily maintenance, obtains bids for repairs and planning, assists in budgetary planning, coordinates small to mid-size projects, has pre-determined repair approval and provides audit identified reports for 1st Source Bank facilities. Provides a variety of maintenance services including general construction, moving furniture, painting, exterior cleaning, fall clean up, project demands and provide 24 hour on-call service in the event of an emergency.
