Your expertise can change lives!</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provides individual and group interventions to support patients that are coping with health psychology presentations related to mental health diagnoses (e.g., sleep, pain, adherence to medical regimen, adjustment to illness), psychosocial stressors, grief or phase of life difficulties (e.g., discrimination, stress management, coping with loss, transition to civilian life), and mild-moderate severe mental health presentations.</li><li>Provide cognitive screening to address specific functional and/or cognitive ability questions.</li><li>Provides immediate access to clinical assessment and appropriate collaborative care and treatment for those experiencing mental health symptoms or behavioral health issues.</li><li>Provides individual and group interventions to support patients that are coping with health psychology presentations (e.g., sleep, pain, adherence to medical regimen, adjustment to illness), psychosocial stressors, grief or phase of life difficulties (e.g., discrimination, stress management, coping with loss, transition to civilian life), and mild-moderate mental health presentations.</li><li>Provides cognitive screenings to address specific functional and/or cognitive ability questions as indicated.</li><li>Must independently complete through psychosocial assessments to determine the psychosocial functioning and needs of the patient and their families.</li><li>Must possess a working knowledge and experience in use of medical and mental health diagnoses, disabilities, and treatment procedures including acute, chronic, and traumatic illnesses, common medications and their effects/side effects, and medical terminology.</li><li>Follow suicide prevention guidelines and risk assessment documentation and training requirements.</li><li>Completes thorough psychosocial assessments and includes pertinent information in all the required areas of functioning in order to determine appropriate diagnoses and other treatment-related conclusions.</li><li>Provides a Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM) diagnosis to determine the psychosocial functioning and needs of patients and/or their families.</li><li>Provides emergency/crisis interventions that are provided to the patient to stabilize. Serco manages all aspects of the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC) for the NexGen IT program including requirements definition, development, testing, upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting and supports all infrastructure for the installations. You will be part of a large team that works closely with the customers, end users, and other Serco teams to deliver quality cloud engineering support, software, innovations, and administration tasks. The team has been recognized by the USAF and industry for their outstanding contributions to the program.
