The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting production EDI environments, quickly identifying and resolving transaction and integration issues, and working closely with business teams and trading partners to support day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent troubleshooting skills, the ability to quickly resolve production issues, and close collaboration with business, Order Management, and external trading partners in a fast-paced environment.
