Through a series of outstanding client interactions, the customer service representative (CSR) provides an experience that exceeds our client’s expectations from all duties such as phone/in-person/electronic communications, compassionate interactions during emergency situations, accurate and expeditious patient intake and discharge, thorough appointment scheduling, communicates financial policies in a sensitive manner, and processes financial transactions with the utmost integrity. The university offers more than 280 majors to a diverse enrollment of more than 36,000 undergraduate, graduate, and professional students in eight undergraduate colleges , a school of medicine , a veterinary medicine college, Graduate School , and Honors College .
