The Senior Trial Attorney is required to travel to court as needed throughout the Metro Boston area, Worcester, the South Shore, Greater Boston, and other locations across Massachusetts in support of litigation responsibilities, including court appearances, depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. As a Senior Trial Attorney, you''ll independently manage a complex litigation caseload involving bodily injury, property damage and PIP/No-Fault lawsuits, subrogation matters, and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims.
