Required Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED; Experience working with youth; Excellent interpersonal skills (one-on-one and in a group format) – candidates must be able to work successfully within a team; Excellent team-building, presentation, and facilitation skills; Commitment to mobilizing youth through strategic organizing; A desire and ability to motivate youth to take the lead and support youth self-determination while also creating and enforcing systems of accountability; Ability to multi-task, prioritize assignments, and demonstrate a high degree of initiative; Flexibility and willingness to shift and pivot in response to the current climate and youth and program needs. High-level competency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, or equivalent; Excellent time management skills; Must be able to work through the entirety of the school year; Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent deadlines; Ability and willingness to travel very frequently (up to 60% of the school year) all across the state.
