BASIC QUALIFICATIONSThe following are required to be considered for this role:Bachelor's degree or 4 years of professional experienceAt least 3 years of functional technology experience with EDI technology platforms (e.g., Gentran, Cleo)Experience collaborating effectively across internal teams and external partnersPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSYour resume will stand out if you have the following:Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to think criticallyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsRelevant certifications based on the Cleo or Rocket technology platformsExperience operating in an agile product development environment and use of common industry tools (JIRA, ADO, etc.)Deep understanding of data relationships to enable System-to-System performance and accuracyFamiliarity with application testing, debugging and analysis of issuesStrong technical acumen and familiarity with software development processes, programming languages, data analytics, or other technical domains relevant to the product are highly desirableProven background in collaboration and creative problem solving to deliver upon business objectivesExceptional leadership abilities, effective communication, and the capacity to influence and align stakeholders are crucial for successAbility to manage competing priorities and a high volume of initiatives at one timeDemonstrated ability to identify opportunities where AI driven automation and process simplification can improve EDI reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
