What you will do Lead and support senior business development team members in collaboration with Operations and Scientific Solutions to build and execute sponsor engagement and sales strategies Support senior business development team members in all aspects of the sales cycle, including capabilities presentations, proposal reviews, bid defense preparations, and closing strategies Responsible for career development, mentoring, retention, and performance management of the tenured business development team Oversee and support business development plans that result in achieving annual and quarterly sales targets Ensure team compliance through accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to executive management Engage at Vice President and C‑level within customer organizations to support further engagement or penetration into accounts Support collaboration with all key stakeholders at Worldwide to foster a one‑team approach to sponsor engagement and delivery Perform other duties as assigned.
