Collaborate with therapists, case managers, rep payee, doctors, psychiatrist, DSS case manager, private landlords, realtors, property managers, HCAA, Harford County Health Department, United Way Homeless Services, etc. Educate SEP clients on the financial impact of employment on disability benefits, entitlements, and other benefits, access to such Social Security programs as Plan to Achieve Self-Sufficiency and Impairment-Related Work Expense and the individual's rights and responsibilities under such programs, access to additional benefits and other resources, and benefits and risks of disclosure to the employer of the individual's disability.
