Conduct customer discovery through surveys, qualitative feedback, and behavioral data Synthesize insights across multiple data sources into clear, actionable narratives Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for your products Partner closely with Product and Design to influence UX, flows, and in-product copy Develop go-to-market plans including target audiences, channels, cohorts, and success metrics Execute launches across in-app surfaces, lifecycle messaging, and marketing channels Monitor adoption and performance post-launch, identifying opportunities to iterate and improve Run and evaluate experiments to drive engagement, conversion, retention, or revenue Document learnings and outcomes to inform future product and marketing decisions. What We Look For: 2-4 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle Marketing, or a related role Strong analytical thinking and comfort using data to inform decisions Clear, concise communicator who can distill complex ideas into actionable insights High ownership and accountability for outcomes, not just outputs Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Design, Marketing, and Engineering Ability to manage multiple initiatives in parallel without losing focus or quality Comfortable operating in ambiguity and making progress with incomplete information.
