The ideal candidate will bring a strong combination of law firm and/or in-house experience, exceptional legal judgment, and the ability to translate evolving privacy and AI regulations into practical business solutions. Familiarity with Truth in Lending Act (TILA / Regulation Z): and Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA / Regulation B) and other regulations applicable to credit transactions by financial institutions.
