Partnering closely with executive leadership, physician leaders, Finance, Legal, Human Resources, and Operations, the Expert Advisor develops and evolves compensation strategies that align provider incentives with organizational goals related to access, quality, productivity, growth, operational performance, and value-based care. The role provides thought leadership on compensation market trends, benchmarking, emerging payment models, workforce strategy, and complex regulatory considerations, ensuring compensation programs remain competitive, compliant, and financially sustainable while supporting organizational transformation initiatives.
