Responsibilities: Independently and collaboratively contribute to assessments of provider organization patient access and revenue cycle capabilities, including clinical departments, contact centers, central billing offices, and all related front-end/back-end functions, by way of site observations, stakeholder interview, document review, data-driven insights, and process mapping. Experience building AI tools to handle, analyze and evaluate large data sets with advanced analytics and visualization tools; working with project management teams, drafting status reports, tracing issues, monitoring resources, and workflow analysis/design.
