7 years of progressive behavioral health clinical experience; 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience; Experience managing multidisciplinary clinical teams; Experience working within school-based behavioral health, pediatric behavioral health, or community mental health; Experience with HRSA funded health centers, preferred; Experience with grant funded behavioral health programs, preferred; Experience with an FQHC, Community Health Center, or nonprofit healthcare organization, preferred; Licensure: Current unrestricted North Carolina clinical licensure in one of the following is required. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams, other departments, and community agencies; Strong oral and written communication skills; Ability to present information, negotiate, and resolve conflicts; Analyze data, interpret regulations, evaluate program effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement; Familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations, policies, and procedures; Ability to multitask and work under stressful conditions; Commitment to ongoing professional development with the latest trends and best practices; Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, databases, and other relevant software.
