The Privacy Counsel, as a member of the Corporate Legal team, will be responsible for supporting and advancing the Company’s global privacy and corporate product program with a strong focus on product counseling and advising the technology teams who support the Fanatics Corporate products (e.g., Fanatics ONE loyalty program, Fanatics Ads, etc.) Reporting to the VP Global Privacy and Corporate Product, this role is critical to ensuring that Fanatics’ products, platforms, and data-driven initiatives are designed and operated in compliance with applicable privacy and data protection laws while enabling innovation and growth. Fanatics has an established database of over 100 million global sports fans; a global partner network with approximately 900 sports properties, including major national and international professional sports leagues, players associations, teams, colleges, college conferences and retail partners, 2,500 athletes and celebrities, and 200 exclusive athletes; and over 2,000 retail locations, including its Lids retail stores.
