Key Responsibilities As part of our collaborative transportation team, you will support a wide range of engineering and project tasks, including: Assisting with the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reportsSupporting transportation and roadway design projects using engineering software including AutoCAD Civil 3D, StormCAD, and SynchroConducting field investigations, site visits, and inspectionsAssisting with project coordination and general transportation engineering support activitiesCollaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality infrastructure solutions for public sector clientsSkills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required0–3 years of civil engineering or public works-related experienceEIT certification preferred or ability to obtainExperience or familiarity with AutoCAD and Civil 3DStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentAbility to travel to project sites as needed (approximately 20% in-state travel)Valid driver's license and ability to drive up to 1.5 hours for site visitsThis is a hybrid role , offering the best of both worlds—collaborate in-office with a high-performing team and enjoy the flexibility of working remotely part of the week.
