Responsibilities Performs general mechanic repairs and replacements, furnaces, split systems, water heaters, and other maintence tasks Completes general labor tasks and other duties as assigned Handles designated work orders and service requests in a timely manner Assists maintenance in maintaining a clean and orderly shop Knows when to escalate maintenance issues to management Maintains a courteous and professional demeanor with residents, prospective residents, coworkers, and vendors Performs general cleaning and snow removal Works on-call, overtime, weekend, holiday, and evening hours as required Requirements . HVAC experience; certification recommended Certified Pool Operator, a plus Physical Requirements Frequently lifts and carries up to 45 pounds; occasionally up to 80 pounds Pushes and/or pulls appliances using an appliance dolly up to 200 pounds Moves objects from one floor to another Frequently bends/stoops, climbs stairs, kneels, balances, reaches above shoulder height, walks, and twists Normal range of vision, hearing, and speech required Benefits.
