Key Responsibilities • Develop the process to analyze and determine the most appropriate acquisition pathway for potential materiel solutions • Develop assessment criteria to evaluate current and potential investments for strategic alignment, business value, technical health, program health, and acquisition readiness • Build the list of relevant acquisition activities, systems engineering activities, and supporting documentation needed to reach program decision points for each acquisition pathway • Assist the PM in defining the portfolio management purpose, establishing mission objectives, scope, and governance authority for portfolio management at CISA • Create the portfolio taxonomy, grouping investments by mission capability areas • Support development of the implementation roadmap and the portfolio performance management processes for cost, schedule, technical performance, strategic value, resources, and risk tolerance Requirements: Required Qualifications • U.S. citizenship and able to pass a High-Risk Public Trust background investigation.
