The Training Business Analyst works closely with state and territory leadership, program staff, business owners, project teams, organizational change management leads, trainers, and system implementation teams to ensure training efforts are aligned, effective, sustainable, and informed by operational and performance data. The Training Business Analyst supports organizational change, workforce development, business transformation, compliance initiatives, and system modernization efforts through a combination of training analysis, learning program coordination, business process evaluation, and data-driven decision making.
