CPNDR investigators have access to state-of-the-art institutional shared resources managed by PhD-level scientists, which support broad research endeavors, including genomics, proteomics, computational biology, CRISPR-based genome editing, mouse modeling, iPSC disease modeling, cell sorting, live cell imaging, spatial, and single-cell omics modalities, and advanced image processing and analysis, amongst a variety of other specific departmental research infrastructures. We seek exceptional and creative scientists to lead an innovative laboratory-based research program using cutting-edge approaches in molecular genetic, biochemical, biophysical, cellular, anatomical, and behavioral approaches to elucidate mechanisms and/or therapeutic strategies relevant to understanding and treating pediatric neurological disease.
