Our Research Analysts contribute to the development and administration of corporate marketing programs.This position can be filled as a Marketing Analyst (Customer Research Analyst) or a Senior Marketing Analyst (Senior Customer Research Analyst), based on the qualifications and experience of the selected candidate.For this position, Sentry does not offer employment to holders of F-1, J-1, and H-1 Visas.What You'll DoAs a Customer Research Analyst, you will:<ul><li>Collect, analyze, and maintain market research used in the development of marketing programs. Prepare reports that interpret market conditions and potentials.</li><li>Collect marketing intelligence regarding marketing and brand performance.</li><li>Create tools and reportingand which measures and communicates the effectiveness of Sentry’s current customer experience.</li><li>Administer customer survey development. Design survey drafts and build questionnaires within Qualtrics Explore survey platform.</li><li>Create reports and data visualization dashboards as necessary, including system-generated reports and additional analysis in excel as needed.</li><li>Design and facilitate qualitative customer panel and design reporting of results. </li><li>Participate in the development of a customer outreach program. Help define protocol for customer follow-up. </li></ul>What it Takes<ul><li>Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience.</li><li>Minimum of 2 years related work experience. 5 or more years of related work experience preferred.</li><li>Marketing and database experience is required.</li><li>Ability to learn, understand, and apply a wide range of company products, services, and marketing strategies.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to include working knowledge of complex statistical analysis, spreadsheets, and database applications.</li><li>Qualtrics Explore and Qualtrics XM Discover experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Experience in strategy and relationship management preferred.</li><li>Working knowledge of CX experience best practices preferred.</li></ul>What You'll ReceiveAt Sentry, your total rewards go beyond competitive compensation.
