Overview:
Scope of Responsibilities: Direct involvement in Noble Health Services Clinical Management Programs and accreditation requirements. Job Summary: Facilitate Clinical Management Programs in a call center environment across multiple disease states.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Responsible for clinical and operational support of Noble Health Services Clinical and Patient Management Programs</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Oversight of clinical decision making and accountability to the organization for those decisions</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Responsible for patient drug utilization reviews and analysis</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Responsible for adverse event reporting</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Responsible for assisting in the implementation of enhanced services programs</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Responsible for developing and presenting/scheduling educational programs for staff</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Responsible for providing clinical research services to support providers and patients</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Responsible for suggesting appropriate alternative therapies when warranted</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Responsible for keeping current with changes and trends in the industry</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Responsible for assisting to ensure that our clinical management program is compliant with the most current standards set by our accreditation bodies</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Responsible for Periodic consultation with practitioners in the field</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programs</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Educational Requirements:<ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Doctor of Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy preferred</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Current unrestricted Pharmacist license in North Carolina and other states as required</li></ul><h2>Experience Preferred:</h2><ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Preferred: 1-2 Years of experience in a specialty/managed care setting</li></ul>                       1-2 Years of practice in a traditional retail setting performing MTM’s Job Skills Required:<ul><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Strong Communication Skills, must be able to effectively communicate both on the phone and in group settings </li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Clinical Research Skills must be able to use all available resources to answer questions posed</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Qualifications to perform clinical oversight for the services provided </li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Post-graduate experience in patient care</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Strong Microsoft Office skills</li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Strong Public Speaking skills </li><li style="margin-left:0.25in">Must be able to work independently</li></ul> Compensation: $65.00-65.86 per hour. The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.   KPH Healthcare Services, Inc. is a multistate organization and abides by all local, state, and federal regulations as it pertains to minimum wage requirements.
