Our team is united by intellectual curiosity, inclusiveness, and a powerful mission: transforming healthcare and bringing world-class primary care to everyone.Employment type:<ul><li>Full time 40 hours including evenings and weekends</li></ul>What you’ll be working on:<ul><li>Treating patients via tele-health visits, including telephonic triage calls, video visit appointments, and email follow-ups</li><li>Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities</li><li>Ongoing collaboration with both virtual and in-office teammates via daily huddles</li><li>Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to give exceptional care to patients virtually</li><li>Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states</li></ul>Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:<ul><li>Completion of master’s degree in an accredited Physician Assistant program (MSPAS)  and is maintaining active NCCPA certification</li><li>In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:</li><li><ul><li>2 years in an outpatient primary care setting seeing patients of all ages (0+), OR 2 years in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting seeing patients of all ages (0+) </li></ul></li><li>Currently licensed in CA or AZ with ability to obtain additional state licenses</li><li>Ability to work weekday and weekend shifts (every other Saturday AND or Sunday required)</li><li>Current shifts range from (6am - 12am PST)</li><li>Excellent clinical and communication skills </li></ul>One Medical providers also demonstrate:<ul><li>A passion for human-centered primary care </li><li>The ability to successfully communicate with and provide care to individuals of all backgrounds   </li><li>The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care</li><li>Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care</li><li>The desire to be an integral part of a team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery</li><li>An openness to feedback and reflection to gain productive insight into strengths and weaknesses</li><li>The ability to confidently navigate uncertain situations with both patients and colleagues</li><li>Readiness to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients</li></ul>This is a full-time virtual role. One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.The base hourly range for this role is $59.10 to $65.50per hour (plus evening and weekend differential) based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Responsibilities:
This is a hyrbid opportunity - the ideal candidate must be commutable to our Rancho Mirage, CA location. Coordinate the collection of outcomes data by telephone and email from current and former Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation patients and family members of former patients. This information is used by the Butler Center for Research (BCR) to inform routine healthcare operations and assist in quality improvement by providing metrics by which to measure patient care and organizational quality.<ul><li>Coordinate data collection through interviewing, data entry, and data management in accordance with established protocols to ensure efficient, consistent, and appropriate treatment of participants and data collected</li><li>Work together with your colleagues and supervisor to continuously improve the current data collection processes and systems</li><li>Notify responsible staff of any patient complaints, risk for reoccurrence of substance use, mental health needs, or requests for additional contact or information as communicated via the Viewpoint surveys or research questionnaires</li></ul>

Qualifications:
Required:<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree, in lieu of BA degree six years of related experience</li><li>3 years of customer care and customer relations experience</li><li>Fluency and comfort with using computers and internet-based applications</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience in conducting telephone interviews</li><li>Experience in data collection for research projects</li><li>Experience working with electronic health records and database applications</li></ul>
