Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS): 1000 Custer Hollow Road, Clarksburg, WV, 23606. </div><div>Hours: 6:00 am – 6:00 pm Monday-Friday. Contract personnel may work flexible hours based on their needs as long as they are present during IMD core work hours, 9:00am to 2:30pm. </div><div>Travel: N/A </div><div>Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance is required. </div><div>Employment Type: Full-Time </div><div>Client: FBI IMD EVC Administrative & Analytical Support (AAS) </div><div>Key Responsibilities:</div><ul><li>Attend mandatory new-hire and recurring refresher trainings as required by the government.</li><li>Complete all FBI-required, yearly trainings.</li><li>Access, search, and review FBI systems to locate records identified to vetting request subjects.</li><li>Conduct in-depth research on individuals using Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to determine if additional records exist within agency databases or partner systems.</li><li>Identify and document associates of individuals who may pose national security threats.</li><li>Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with internal agency offices to support research, clarify records, and ensure accuracy of findings.</li><li>Develop and submit written summaries and reports in accordance with SOPs, or close requests that do meet established reporting thresholds.</li><li>Redact sensitive or protected information from reports in compliance with relative laws, regulations, policies, court orders, and EVC SOPs.</li><li>Manage, review, and process work items in alignment with system-set priorities, maintaining first-in, first-out (FIFO) workflow when applicable.</li><li>Perform quality control reviews of documents prepared by other analysts for accuracy, clarity, and compliance with defined reporting standards.</li><li>Maintain accurate logs and documentation of all searches, determinations, and analyst judgements, including detailed notes justifying case decisions.</li><li>Complete general administrative tasks when necessary to support the execution and documentation of analytical support services.</li></ul><div>Required Qualifications:</div><ul><li>Active TS/SCI clearance required.</li><li>A minimum of (1) or more years of hands-on experience in research, analysis, or investigations, specifically in a government or security-related environment.
