2-3 years of relevant work experience for Associate level; 4-5 years of experience for Coordinator level; Strong initiative, well organized, highly accountable; Passionate about the environment and/or environmental justice, and the health of San Joaquin Valley residents; Strong interpersonal skills including poise, tact and diplomacy; Excellent command of the English language, strong public speaking, writing and editing skills; Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, online social media platforms, and online collaborative tools such as Google Drive; Attention to detail in composing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines. The CVAQ Coalition is a diverse, dynamic partnership of environmental justice and public health organizations working collaboratively to restore clean air to the San Joaquin Valley, with prioritization for communities of color and low income communities that are disproportionately impacted.
