Administer employee leave programs, including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), New Jersey Family Leave Act (NJFLA), and other applicable leave policies Ensure compliance with all federal and state leave laws, timelines, documentation, and eligibility requirements Manage leave tracking, determinations, and employee communications Coordinate with payroll and benefits to ensure accurate processing and benefits continuation Serve as the primary resource for leave compliance interpretation and application.
