The production supervisor is responsible for the planning, scheduling and directing the work efforts of the production operations department of the facility in an effort to meet and/or exceed, productivity, safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals, and ensure the department operates according to established company policies and procedures. Primarily work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment and may be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, cold or elevated ambient temperature, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions.
