DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:Maintain an active caseload and perform all core responsibilities of a Neighborhood Victim Advocate, including client outreach and engagement, assessment, crisis intervention, safety planning, court advocacy, victim compensation assistance, support group facilitation, referrals to community resources, and other direct services. Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community partnersProvide regularly scheduled individual and group supervision to program staff, including field accompaniment, observation, coaching, and professional development.
