For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field; or an equivalent combination of education and manufacturing leadership experience. You will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to continuously improve manufacturing performance, implement new technologies, develop employee capabilities, and support a world-class manufacturing environment.
