The Director, Operational Accounting is a leadership role responsible for overseeing accounting operations, financial reporting, and financial analysis for a portfolio of Healthpeak properties, while supporting the Company's public reporting process through the preparation, review, and delivery of accurate and timely financial information. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, including same-store analyses, capital expenditure reporting, cash flow and distribution analyses, budgets, forecasts, budget-to-actual variance reporting, and supplemental and SEC Form 10-Q/10-K disclosures.
