p>JOB SUMMARY: To prepare, serve and provide balanced, healthy, nutritional breakfast, lunch, supper, Fresh Fruit and Vegetable, After School Snack meals to students enrolled at all district school sites and prepare and serve summer meals to the community during off season months/breaks. Ensuring compliance with federal and state regulation from the United States Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Child Nutrition Program, New Mexico Public Education Department Student Succes and Wellness Bureau, Southwest Training Systems, and New Mexico Environment Department.
