Responsibilities: Maximizes system Anesthesia infrastructure value and growth by directing, leading, and evaluating the design of system anesthesia strategy in line with the enterprise's overall clinical and organizational strategy that drives and supports efficiency, quality, market share growth, financial (enterprise total cost of care) improvements, and health outcomes. Overview: Enterprise (Acute, Ambulatory, Insurance Division) vision, executive leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight for anesthesia services across 12 acute care hospitals, multiple ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs), and office-based procedural locations.
