The right person has strong residential remodeling experience and can lead hands-on work in one or both of these areas: Mechanical / hard-skill work: framing, plumbing, electrical, rough-ins, trim, doors, cabinets, and finish work. You will be leading, but you will also be in the work every day — setting the pace, solving problems, producing quality craftsmanship, and helping drive projects from demo to final trim.
