The Production Manager partners closely with Operations, Maintenance, Inventory, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, Customer Service, and Safety to ensure production goals are achieved while developing a high-performing team focused on operational excellence. This role oversees all aspects of production, including scheduling, workforce management, equipment utilization, quality, productivity, inventory flow, and continuous improvement.
