In the Banquet Set-Up/Server position, you will be responsible for setting up functions according to company guidelines including draping tables, setting silverware, folding napkins, preparing drinks, setting centerpieces, setting up tables correctly and uniformly as well as professional, creative, functional, clean buffets, ensuring the cleanliness of linen, silverware, and glassware, greeting and serving guests following policies and procedures, assisting in all aspects of service, servicing/freshening function rooms during breaks, breaking down tables, chairs, platforms/stages, and other equipment.
