Open Sky’s talented clinicians, substance use counselors, nurses, peer staff, housing counselors, outreach counselors, and direct care staff provide quality, compassionate care to individuals served. They ensure the timely and thorough Screening (Critical Needs Assessment) and Enrollment of individuals referred to ACCS and ensure timely completion of the Comprehensive Assessment, updates and other clinical assessments, as needed.
