Depending on the role, these responsibilities can include responding to resident requests and work orders; providing concierge and resident services; entering apartments; conducting inspections; performing maintenance, repairs, and other handyperson duties; managing building operations; supervising or coordinating building staff, vendors, and contractors; responding to emergencies; and performing other resident management and property-related responsibilities. Strong working knowledge of HOME, Project-Based Section 8, Housing Choice Vouchers (Tenant-Based Section 8), CityFHEPS, FHEPS, HASA, supportive housing, Mitchell-Lama, Section 236, and other federal, state, and local affordable housing programs.
